Blocked Drain Outside 36 Stert Street

The drain directly outside the door to my shop (Mostly Books on Stert Street) has been blocked continuously for as long as I have had the business, which is over three years. Given that we are now having to restrict the number of people in the shop, there are times when customers are having to wait outside and, if they do that with the drain as is, they will get soaked from head to toe whilst standing outside.
Not only does this impact customers, it also has a detrimental effect on the look of the shop. We re-painted the front of the shop just a year ago and it already needs repainting due to the water damage. This is costing me both time and money.
Furthermore, people walking down the street are regularly covered in water as vehicles drive down the street.
I have attached a photograph of the drain on a recent rainy day.
It would be appreciated if you could arrange for this to be unblocked as soon as possible.
