The streetlight mounted on the first floor of 1 Lower Fisher Row, OX1 1JY (right hand side of the building adjacent to the drainpipe) is not working. Thus, the initial part of the path alongside the canal is left in darkness. The light shold be repaired (not replaced) because the building is architecturally listed.
