I have received your reply and you are missing the point. The tree has had its roots cut twice. In the wind it is bending over and I have no doubt that at some point it will become even more unsafe and will land on our cars or house. It is overgrown and needs to be removed. I have applied for compensation for the damage that the roots are causing to our property but what I am trying to avoid is a death when the tree becomes even more unsafe and kills someone. It is within 10 feet of our home and is causing us a great deal of distress every time it is windy as we are worrying that someone is going to be killed by it when it comes over, which it will.
