Road surface on St. Nicholas Road

Over approx. 20 years, the tarmac surface of St. Nicholas Road has worn away, especially between Clapcot Way and the primary school. I don't know who decides to only fix small potholes in the first 100 meters of St. Nicholas Road on a fairly regular basis, and ignore the larger problem, but someone needs to visit the area, recognise the problem and arrange for the road to be resurfaced.
