Longitdunal cracking and rutting in footway adjoining northbound lane 116 Oxford Road

Longitudinal cracking appeared in footway at entrance to no. 116 coincidental with recent excavation for private wall and patch repair to footway. Adjacent streetlight not functioning which makes uneven surface harder to see in the dark.
