As mentioned in the original report This vegetation, growing from the verge, obstructing our footway, is not the responsibility of Oxfordshire County Council. After checking the land registry it appears this verge is the responsibility of the Vale of White Horse District Council. You should contact them at.

  • Thank you for reporting this issue. I have visited the site again on 12/11/2020 and seen that the vegetation still hasn't been cut back. I sent an email to Vale of White Horse District Council on 13/11/2020 to chase up. Their response is 'Apologies for the delay in dealing with this issue, we’ve had a lot going on recently that’s taken our resources. I will arrange for the shrubs to be cut back this week.'
