Sunken road

Reported via desktop in the Roads/highways category by Nick Pumphrey at 08:54, Mon 26 October 2020

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I'm reporting this on behalf of the residents of Fitzharry's Estate, as the chairman of the Residents' Association. The concrete sections of the road have become badly misaligned over the years and have become quite dangerous, especially for cyclists. There is now a step of a few inches high running along and across the road, and it would be good if this could be looked at to see if something could be done in the near future. Thanks

  • Thank you for your enquiry. The road has been placed on the list for inclusion in future programmed works. Most likely the work will be included in the 2021/22 carriageway repair programme.
