There is stagnant water on the road/pavement outside 169-171 Banbury Rd oxford OX2 7AW. It has been there for years and the previous complaints have not produced any result. When cars drive near the pavement, water splashes all over the pedestrians. It is not a blocked drain, so the pavement and the road need to be repaired. Please do this asap as this has been causing too much inconvenience. If this is not fixed quickly, I intend to claim for the dry cleaning of my suit etc and the nuisance it caused as I got terribly delayed for my scheduled meeting!
