Road drain on junction of Edward Road and Kennington road is completely full of asphalt from the recent road resurfacing and does not drain.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Since the resurfacing of the Kennington Road this drain, and others, have never been cleaned out and are full of tarmac and therefore not draining surface water. 21/10/2020 everyone waiting for the 09:00 bus to Oxford were drenched by rush hour traffic wading through the flooded road.

I originally reported this Council ref: ENQ19851161 in 2019 - response was "This report has been closed. However the issue has been passed to the relevant team for programmed works.". However, the programmed works have not yet done this, and the corner can be flooded for a week or 2 if weather is regularly wet. Currently the drain chamber is full almost to the top with mud, hopefully visible in the photos.
