Gravel on the path causing difficulty for rollators and wheelchairs

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Where a driveway exists a couple of local residents have taken it upon themselves to substitute the poor pavement for gravel which is causing difficulties for any villagers with mobility aids. Gravel isn't a good hardstanding alternative to tarmac so a few of the older generations are having to walk down the road dicing with traffic and bin men - not ideal and needs amending if possible please . Please liase if this is OCC duty to repair if not then I will need know who to contact please.

Three places the path dips two residents have removed the gravel from the tarmac leaving dips but this at least is smooth tarmac ready for council assistance.
