A large branch has broken off the tree at the bottom of my drive (Shipton Court, Shipton-under-Wychwood) and is balanced on a lower branch, but in imminent danger of falling in a gust of wind & landing on the pavement below and/or the A361. I am very concerned that it may cause injury if that happens - either to someone walking on the pavement or to a driver. I have called Dan in OCC customer service as soon as I noticed the branch c.20 minutes ago. It has broken some time in the past 24hours. Please would you send a team as a matter of URGENCY to remove the branch & prior to that to put a safe zone in place where the branch may fall. I have put 2 cones on the pavement but I don’t have any way to indicate to paamsswrsby what the danger is. Dan just asked me to make this report in addition to the email he has just sent. Many thanks, Eleanor Chadwick 07305 939216
