Parking issues on Moor Pond Close

Since the recent parking restrictions have been introduced on Longfields, all the people who used to park there all day whilst working in the town centre or when collecting children from the school have now starting parking in Moor Pond Close. This is causing an obstruction and is very dangerous. Three times in the past week when turning into this residential street I have had to do an emergency stop because a vehicle trying to exit the street has been coming round the S-bend on my side of the road as their side of the road was completely blocked by park cars. Cars are often parked very close to the corner and this is very dangerous. The recently added disabled bay outside a house on the opposite side to where the cars park means that there is very little space to get an emergency vehicle passed. In fact I very much doubt that a fire engine would get through. Why were the parking restrictions not carried around the corner into Moor Pond Close. I have previously reported issues with parking on and close to these corners and was assured that this would be resolved by the planned (now implemented) parking restriction proposals. Clearly this has not happened.
