X3 Street lights not working

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
This has been advised that these are : "unfortunately the unit(s) you are referring to are not owned, maintained or adopted by Oxfordshire County Council, these are private lights that would be the responsibility of the developer/landowner whom you would need to contact direct." This is incorrect, the x3 lights in question are on the public path and not part of any development/landowner

These are not in the new estate but council property

Still not working, what do we actually pay out council tax for? I shall contact the local MP.
