Shredded wheat is what this road resembles

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Such an absolute mess! I can't find a section of road in half a mile that hasn't got a fault. Either the tarmac is absent or there is substrate. It resembles more of a bridle way than a road.
