Potholes and uneven road surface under railway bridge

For some time on the Eastbound road under the railway bridge there are number of potholes and drains which result in a very uneven road surface. This is dangerous for bikes, especially those carrying children which are less stable. The problem has recently become worse because of poor drainage so bikes can't even see where the big holes are, so have to pull out into the road to avoid it (and cars often come along quite fast here).
