Service hole cover dislodged, jammed and protruding into road

Reported via desktop anonymously at 21:42, Monday 19 October 2020

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

There is a service hole on the northbound side of Stoke Row Road between the cricket pitch and the Unicorn Pub. The cover of the hole has been dislodged and appears to be jammed into the hole with a sharp edge protruding upwards. The cover is small and difficult to see when driving. It has badly ripped my tyre and is likely to do the same to others
