Broken kerb on bridge bend

Reported via desktop in the Bridges category anonymously at 17:32, Fri 16 October 2020

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This kerb is badly broken and has a very jagged edge which has caused damage totalling over £1000 to my car. This occurred when I had to take avoiding action whilst travelling north on this road and negotiating the bend at the bridge. A car came the other way on the wrong side of the road and I hit the kerb avoiding him. The jagged edge wrecked the tyre and instead of my car just mounting the kerb it impacted with the broken stone. The kerb has obviously been hit several times resulting in its current dangerous state.
