House hedging obscuring blind bend and path crossing

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
The house on the corner has let their hedge grow wild over their stone wall. It is on a dangerous blind bend and also next to the footpath road crossing used by lots of children. There have been a lot of car collisions at this point which may be partially due to the occupants irresponsible nature. This is a reoccurring problem, something needs to be done to educate the owner of the property regarding their responsibilities to road safety.
