Uneven & cracked pavement causing injury

On Denbigh Road, looking towards Barley Hill School with Cromwell Avenue behind you, the pavement on the right (next to the green area) is extremely cracked in places, and worn and uneven in others. This is almost the whole way down from Cromwell Avenue, all the way to the school. My children stumble and trip on this pavement when travelling to school on a near daily basis. However, twice it has resulted in a nasty fall. Once with the exposed/broken sharp stones cutting hands and knees, and once with a nasty bump and cut to forehead. I believe this has been there for a while, but maybe recently become worse?! I really think it is in need of levelling and re-surfacing as it is travelled by a lot of young children & adults who walk to the primary school, and I believe it poses a safety issue to their journey. Thanks
