When there is heavy rainfall the steam on the other side of the road breaks through the road edge in a particular place which then puts the road under 1-2ft of water and gradually comes across the road into our drive and then eventually into or front room flooding the entire room under 2-3 inches of water. This water is finding aw ay in under the house and coming through the floor boards from underneath. The bank has taken damage from tractors/cars/bus and has been over time degraded to the point where it needs repair to avoid damage to the road, inability for traffic to pass and eventually flooding of our house.
