Overgrown cycle path and pavement reducing track/pavement width

Reported via mobile anonymously at 21:21, Mon 12 October 2020

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The verge had spread across the cycle path/pavement leading from the station to the top of Jordan Hill The path is so narrow it is not safe to pass bike and pedestrians. Signage also needs to be improved to highlight this is a dual use path for both bikes and pedestrians. Today I was purposely forced off the path and fell into the bus lane The man said it was my fault I shouldn’t have been on the path This was scary and could have been much worse - thankfully there was no bus coming, White lines and signage should be re-done in line with cycle paths further up the road on both sides of the toad leading to Summertown roundabout
