Reported via desktop in the Roads and Carriageways category anonymously at 13:52, Mon 12 October 2020
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
On the left hand side of the carriage way about half mile down from Horton Road and Woodpery Hill, the recent resurfaced road Is collapsing and fallen away. The road is now been narrowed so really hard to keep control of the vehicle when trying to avoid oncoming vehicles as you have to move into the middle of the road

This is going up Woodperry Hill towards Oxford between Straight Mile and Horton Road. You can see the damage done to the front passenger wheel and hub. Fortunately my daughter did not loose control of the vehicle while avoiding a lorry travelling towards her in the opposite carriageway in the middle of the road....
