Street light flickering and/or not working on path outside 5 Weavers Close

The street light is flickering or not working, sometimes working. It is more likely a connection issue than a bulb change, as sometimes it works fine for a while. This post is located directly outside number 7 Weavers Close on a dark path with zero visibility without light. The path is very uneven so light is important. It's been operating unreliable for a couple of weeks.
