Depression in road surface causing water pooling/splashing on property wall

Reported via desktop in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 13:51, Fri 9 October 2020

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The road surface next to our front wall at 12Chapel street has a large dip in which water pools and is splashed up continuously against our wall in wet weather, we are concerned that this leads to water damage and penetration and dampness. Would request some levelling work to alleviate the pooling of water please. Thanks for your help . Have not supplied photo as is difficult to capture but splashing occurs every time it rains and we want to avoid further damage to our property
