Very close to West Oxford Primary School, parents wait to collect children, alleyway many people passing this spot.

The tree is within the the shcool grounds therefore the responsibility of the county council for the maintenance and damage the tree is causing.

Thank you for your report. We have inspected it and is not a highway issue and is down to the land owner which is the county council.

Our apologies. This report was closed prematurely by a contractor and should have been passed to another team in the Council. It has been reopened this morning and I will make sure it gets passed to the correct team for investigation.
