Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
The pavement running along the road on Hagbourne Close, opposite numbers 8, 10 and 12 has been taken over and had trees planted by number 2 Hagbourne Close. The trees and other outdoor plants are now preventing people and young children to be able to walk safely towards the Close and alleyway joining onto Grimmer way. Looking at household boundaries number 2 has also expanded outside of their boundary and has now taken over public highway and pavements by preventing the public from walking safely along the road or cars to park alongside the former kerb without blocking the road.
