Nothing has been done!

Reported via desktop in the Drainage category anonymously at 23:02, Wednesday 7 October 2020

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The ditches and grips still need mechanically digging out. What’s going on at OCC roads, has the money dried up completely?

  • Nothing has been done. This area of the Stoke Row road was flooded again this weekend. I spent an hour in the rain clearing access to the drainage ditches with a spade. Why is it the country can spend ten of millions widening motorways but OCC cannot afford a few hundred pounds to hire a JCB to clear drainage ditches on minor roads once every five years.?
