I am contacting you about the "No lorry parking signs" on Transport Way. The signs show a pictogram with text in four central and eastern European languages including Romanian and Polish but not English. I am Romanian myself, and hence the issue stood out to me like a sore thumb. This can be read by passers by as systemically ingrained xenophobia as it almost presents the expectation that the reader is not English and is in fact a person from Central and Eastern Europe. I recommend you change the signs to either include English or leave just the pictogram alone for fairness and equal treatment of individuals.

The sign implies that the reader is a lorry driver and it could be read that the expectation is for lorry drivers to not be English, which is xenophobic.
