The pavements are essentially covers in raw sewage and are dangerously slippery. This is not just a public health matter but is also a safety hazard.

The pavements were cleaned. However there are several road side gully drains still blocked specifically at numbers 32, 16 and 8 Aylesbury Road. South Oxfordshire Council will give no date for resolution due to a lack of budget. The result is the road will flood again, the Highways Agency will be called by the Fire Brigade and the road and pavements will need cleaning up again. Overall a unsatisfactory situation with no sign of resolution but accepted by the Council as an issue.
