Regarding 8 Middleton road, Bucknell. Ox27 7LX. Everytime it rains my front footpath and garden get flooded this water is coming from the top end of Middleton road. it floods the lay-by outside the property as well by.

Since 2012 everytime it rains hard I have this issue where my footpath floods in the front and it spreads to the right of my front garden and along the front garden covering my water metre cover. also flooding into my neighbour's garden to the left side. I have previously reported this to three different agencies but nothing has ever been done to rectify this problem. Thank you for your help.
