Overhanging trees and pavement parking means pedestrians have to walk in the road. Difficult for wheel chair users to go round the obstacle.

Thank you for your report. I have visited the site you pinpointed on the map, in front of Wootton House, Arnolds Way, see photos, and assessed the problem you have identified. I have requested a letter be sent to owners of Wootton House asking them to cut back their trees, overhanging the footway, within 28 days of receipt.

Thank you for your report. After recently visiting the site again, on 05/11/2020, see photos, I have handed a further 14 day notice to the residents of Wootton House, Arnolds Way, to cut back their trees which are still obstructing the footway. They said that it was a rented property and they would forward on the 14 day notice, although, the landlord had been given our original 28 day notice, and was in the process of engaging a contractor to cut them back.
