The ditch is completey blocked

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Pass the bridge there is a ditch that is completely flooded and full with mud/leaves etc. cannot walk through this and does force you to walk up a bankside which is someone's property anyway which isn't fair, also certain people will not even be able to do that so would have to turn around. Needs urgent attention
