Cars are frequently parked on the pavement hindering electric scooter users, buggies and people passing each other. It is particularly important with needing to socially distance. This is around 33a St Andrews Road. Henley. This has been reported before. You said that it is a Police matter. They say parking enforcement is OCC. Googling says that parking enforcement on roads is OCC. Please can you deal with this.
