The hedge belonging to Windrush still encroaches too far onto the pavement.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
The owners of this hedge have now 'trimmed' this but, this hedge has been allowed to grow too far over the pavement and it is STILL difficult and dangerous to walk along there with children, prams, wheelchairs etc. If you look at the width of the pavement either side it is clear to see how much it has been allowed to overgrow. It needs to be CUT BACK to the boundary.
There is a boy that attends valley road school in a wheelchair and they have to come off the pavement into the road as it is too difficult for him to pass this hedge. This is obviously also during a busy period on Elizabeth Road with other school traffic. This is a long standing issue that, I have reported before and I know others have too. Please demand it is drastically CUT BACK to the fence, which is now no longer visible through the overgrowth.

Even when trimmed the hedge encroaches over 3/4 of the pavement. When untrimmed it is not possible to pass people are forced into the road.
