Hedges overgrowing footway

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

In Cavendish Road, Oxford the householders at nos. 11, 14 and 36 have let their front hedges overgrow, reducing the width of the public footway to about a metre. Please tell them to cut their hedges back to their property lines.
