Extremely Bright from our garden

From our back garden Street light no 11 is v bright and shining into our back garden/bedroom window. I have reported this before a couple of years ago and it appeared to have been dealt with. However it now seems very bright again. Would be very grateful if it could be dimmed or a cover fitted to direct the light beam downwards. Thank you.

  • Ref No: 0375519 First reported 26/9/20 Street light no: 11 far too bright. Received reply 28/9/20 Stating this issue would be dealt with within 7 days but appears not to have been resolved yet. Thank you.

  • Many thanks for the update, it looks from our report that it has been attended but what has been fitted hasn't worked, I will raise another fault to try and resolve this issue, sorry for the inconvenience this has caused
