Parking at corner of The Holt and Oxford Road service road often causing obstruction
Reported in the Road Traffic Signs and Road Markings category anonymously at 18:11, Friday 25 September 2020
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Constant parking on pavement at the start of the service road which makes it v tricky to pull off main road and into service road, often with pedestrians and some on mobility scooters etc in the road too as they cannot get on the pavement. Delivery vehicles - and therefore, potentially emergency vehicles - cannot get past the parked car. Double yellows needed here? With care, a normal car can pass the parked vehicle but on many boccasions it is too far off the pavement to pass easily and impossible for a van or larger.
