Oxford Hill Witney

I am asking for consideration to be given to changing the speed limit on Oxford Hill Witney in respect of the entrance to the Windrush Cemetery. The speed limit when approaching from Witney or Oxford is currently 60mph as the change to 30mph does not occur until the traffic lights. Although the entrance has a designated right turn from Witney, vehicles crest the hill from the A40 at 60mph which hardly gives vehicles time to turn into the cemetery, especially a slow moving funeral convoy. If turning left on the approach from Oxford, the entrance has a sharp turn & the driver can feel pressured by vehicles behind which are wanting to travel at 60mph up to the 30mph sign situated just before the traffic lights. Turning left out of the cemetery into Witney is equally challenging as the visibility is not good & vehicles approach rapidly over the hill. Would the highways department consider reducing the speed limit to 30mph further up Oxford Hill to avoid unnecessary stress or possibly accident to those already suffering a recent bereavement? Thank you for thinking about this issue
