Poor road surface

I reported the bad state of this road last year and mentioned that it needs to be completely resurfaced but the individual pot holes have been filled at different times Surely it would have been more cost effective to have it resurfaced it all Because of all the different potholes the surface of the road is very uneven and for cycling is most dangerous and uncomfortable Kind regards R
