The highway and footway serving Lambridge Wood Road has a low point outside of No2 and at teh corner of lambridge Wood Road and Fairmile . During intense rainfall events there are no gullies serving the footway and significant volumes of water accumulate, which overflow into properties. part of the problem is the highway drainage surcharging which may be due to capacity issues or blockages. Once surcharged the road drainage overflows into the footway areas and then into private properties.
