New build road still not completed after 1 1/2 years

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Mary Box Crescent is a residential Road on the new Windrush Estate. It appears that the builders are having problems completing the surfacing of this road due to issues with the levels between the 2 sides of the road.

  • Does the planning permission say it’s to be completed before occupancy? Lots of new builds sadly the last thing to be done is the road. Then they can tarmac over the muck.....

    Entrance to Mary Box Crescent still not finished. It seems that there is a problem with the way in which the road has been laid out. There is no reason why this road should not be finished now - there is no building work going on in this area.
