Really poor condition pavement around southmead perimeter

I appreciate this won’t be cheap, but could you pls investigate repairing the path on the perimeter road around the Southmead Estate? It’s full of weeds, really badly damaged, but also, significantly sloping/uneven (approx 1ft lower on left than right)
It’s been like this a few years now so would be fantastic if it could be scheduled in for fixing; especially as it’s a popular route for local residents going to/from work to Milton park etc, joggers, dog walkers etc.
It would also be great if it could either be widened to fit in a cycle path, or perhaps, add pavement to the opposite side of the road to replace the current grass verge.
Finally, it needs street lighting on that side as currently the only lighting seems to be for the opposite side of the road, making it less safe for pedestrians etc in the dark.
As mentioned, I appreciate this won’t be an easy/quick fix but perhaps if it could be resurfaced in the short term that would be a great improvement.
Many thanks
