Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The hazel tree is on the footpath at Broome Way and is overhanging the garden at 43 Fergusson Road Banbury. The shed has already been repaired once and the tree is in danger of damaging the building further.

  • We have visited site and assessed the trees in their location. The trees present are on land not deemed to be part of the highway maintainable at public expense by OCC in the County‚Äôs capacity as local highway authority. The trees are on land that is maintainable by the Local Town Council and not by the County Council. We endeavour to transfer this enquiry to them; however, you may also wish to contact them directly to pursue this enquiry further.
