Mill Lane

Reported in the Roads and Carriageways category anonymously at 14:47, Thu 17 September 2020

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

CPC understood the chicane on Mill Lane was being removed once the new layout was completed. This was months ago now and the chicane is still there - causing a bit of grid lock. Please can you advise if / when it is being removed.

Council ref: ENQ20876395

  • We have looked through the approved drawings and the chicane is shown on all of them, there is no note that states for it to be removed.

Please can you confirm who advised you that the chicane would be removed? Our email address is roadagreements@oxfordshire.gov.uk.

  • Please note the sign does not match the road marking causing confusion to non locals

Though reading above, you may be taking the whole chicane out
