I’m an experienced ground worker an outside one of the farm houses that along the stretch of station road coming into Wantage before the traffic light turning to grove there are 2 men currently in the process off dropping the kerb outside said property an using the back of there car as tm with no road signs no care for anybody an I’d put money on it there have no intention of reinstating the road correctly or even have a permit for the work they are doing
