A415 Causeway pathway in awful state

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The Causeway pathway is used by cyclists (for safety reasons and low/no pedestrians, and that's another issue) but the path is breaking up and the vegetation is growing into the path. Please can it be resurfaced and the vegetation cut back?
