Sign posts for shopping ctr not replaced on lamp posts

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

Lamp posts no's 23/24/24a had at some time a sign directing you to savile way from newlands drive grove ,lamp posts have changed but sign's not replaced.is fare to say can the sign's be returned please ?.
