This hedge needs urgent attention. It is now so overgrown it is blocking most of the pavement. My wife has Parkinson's and needs a walker to deliver our young Grandson to Shiplake Primary School from our House in Schoolfields, RG9 4DH. Most of the time now when cars are parked close to to kerb she has to go into the carriageway to get past. Would it be possible for some action to be taken to make the householder aware of this problem and either remove the hedge or cut it right back. It appears no maintenance at all is being carried out on this hedge. This morning "Children" & their parents were forced to go onto the carriageway as well.
