Overgrown Hedges Obstructing Pavement

Reported in the Grass and Hedges category anonymously at 17:49, Tuesday 15 September 2020

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The bushes from Wisteria Cottage have overgrown and are obstructing the public highway, i,e the pedestrian pavement, meaning the pavement can no longer accommodate wheelchairs, prams, etc .

Whilst the hedges are from a private property, it is the councils responsibility to ensure the highways are clear for pedestrian use.

Please have these hedges cut back and restore the pavement for all to use.

  • Overgrown hedges - pavement is clear but you are still forced into the road to get past the hedges.
