Parking signs
Reported by Glyn Hall at 11:30, Tue 15 September 2020
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later
The problem of unsocial parking around Didcot is in many places. The sign highlighted at another site would be suitable to use in many places. Drivers take the opportunity to park where they please and consequently block views, causing potential accident points. At both ends of Drake Avenue this is very prevalent. Please put signs in all situations like this and actually monitor it and penalise those drivers who are dicing with peoples lives.

We are reviewing old information on Fix My Street and please accept our apologies for the delay in response so far. We also note that there is more than one concern noted against this report. More recently a greater emphasis with parking matters has been initiated by the council and further details can be found here: https://www.oxfordshire.gov.uk/ residents/ roads-and-transport/ parking/ new-parking-enforcement-areas . If other issues remain then it would be helpfu;l if you could raise them as individual matters so they can be considered accordingly.
